My dear son,
This is the last letter I shall write before I come, unless anything unforseen happens between
now & then. I've got my ticket today arrives Kennedy Airport June 18th 20.35
local time.
T.W.A. Flight
No 8703, leaving Heathrow here at 14.55. I don't know if
that's the time it will be
with you, Dad thinks it will be earlier your time. Please check darling, but if you are not there, I'll wait till you
come. I only got
$78[1] for £100 so I might have to get a job.!! Am longing
for the day. I thought
you might have written, but won't wait any longer. Just want to wish you many happy returns of the 3rd
love, it brings back many
happy memories. Its lousy here, cold, grey & wet, but it's Tessa's
School sports & I
promised to go. See you soon.
Loving you as always
Mother
